Thank you for choosing Purified Cleaning to be one of your options in the process of finding the perfect cleaners! We appreciate each and every one of you and your support towards our small business!
The Price
The price agreed upon is the price of the cleaning.
The price cannot be changed the day of the cleaning.

If rooms get added to the cleaning, we must know at least two days before the scheduled cleaning date and we must agree upon a new price.

If rooms get taken off of the cleaning, we must know at least two days before the scheduled cleaning date and we must agree upon a price.

Price adjustments will always need to be confirmed by the customer before we proceed with their cleaning.
​
Rooms cannot be added on last minute.
Rooms can be taken off of the cleaning last minute, but the price will remain the same.
Our Services
Price adjustments will always need to be confirmed by the customer before we proceed with their cleaning.
We have a right to refuse service or adjust the price in the event of the following:
-If a customers house or business is not as described on an online estimate. (significantly larger/more messy/more dirty)
-Harmful bugs or mites are present in ones home or business.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. Late cancellations will result in a 12% rescheduling fee on their next cleaning.

Maintenance cleaning cancellations must be rescheduled within 7 days to avoid the deep cleaning rate.
The Payment
The payment must be provided towards the beginning of the cleaning. (preferably in an envelope)
*Tips are always SO appreciated, but not expected!*

There is a 7% sales tax fee to all forms of payment (excludes cash).
The Cleaning
We only clean smoke free businesses and homes.
​
We are not responsible for damages of any kind to the house or business being cleaned. We are also not responsible for damages of any kind to any property that is inside or outside of the house or business being cleaned.
​
We try our best to give a fair and accurate quote based on the pictures that are provided by the customer. If an area the customer is wanting cleaned is not included in their quote pictures, the area will not be cleaned.
​
We ask that jewelry and other small fragile items are stored away during home cleanings. Also, please note that the insides of china cabinets will not be cleaned.
Cleaning equipment and materials are to be used by Purified Cleaning staff only.
